What you will learn
  • Understand concepts on sustainability from a global and Philippine perspective
  • Define sustainability challenges within your organization and prioritize these issues through materiality assessment and stakeholder mapping
  • Develop a systemic understanding of climate change and its relevance to your organization
  • Understand the role of governments in climate action and sustainable development, and establish the relevance of global policies to national regulations
  • Understand the principles of circular economy, circular models, and use available tools to create sustainable value
  • Identify opportunities to achieve sustainability through field trips on special topics on urban mobility, plastics, and food systems
  • Learn how to communicate sustainability effectively and avoiding pitfalls of greenwashing
  • Apply the concepts and tools you learned to create a sustainable action plan for your organization

Program Structure:
  • Weeks 1-7 Course Proper: Approximately 50-60 hours of online material and short quizzes via Google Classroom and live workshops at the 3Zero House in Mandaluyong City
  • Weeks 8-9 Capstone Project: Sustainability action plan that you can apply in your organization
  • Week 10 Graduation
  • Post-training check-ins: Two consultation sessions to evaluate the implementation of your sustainability action plan, scheduled on the 6th and 12th week after the program

PHP 20,000
PHP15,000

The program fee is PHP20,000, but for accepted applicants in this cohort, it will be offered at an introductory rate of PHP15,000 to cover the cost of the program materials, facilitators, on-site meals, and resources. The field trip expenses will not be covered by the fee.

Yes. Upon completing all quizzes, live sessions, and your capstone project, you will receive a certificate of completion.

Forty (40) participants will be selected for the first cohort.

Yes. Part of the completion requirements is to attend all live sessions.

Yes. To complete the program, you need to pass all the quizzes, attend all live sessions, and submit your completed capstone project.

No. All accepted participants were vetted during the application process, and the organizers reserve the right to fill the slot in case a participant backs out.

Applicants are required to submit an application form. To join, participants need to have access to a computer or mobile device with an internet connection, and be able to travel to 3ZERO House Mandaluyong City during the face-to-face sessions. Participants are also required to submit proof of vaccination.

Participants are introduced to the program materials via Google Classroom, a web-based learning platform. Participants will be guided on how to use this platform before the cohort begins.

There are no prerequisites for the program, but participants are expected to have a basic understanding of sustainability concepts.

Participants will learn about sustainability management, including key concepts, skills, and best practices for leading sustainable change in their communities or organizations.
